Advantages:

Заселение было вовремя, приехал хозяин и передал ключи. Оплату принимают как в белорусских рублях, так и русских. Квартира удобная, большие комнаты и достаточно спальных мест, фото соответствует. Матрасы и подушки тоже комфортные для сна. В целом все устроило.

Disadvantages:

Холодный пол, особенно на кухне, хотя там лежит ковер, но все равно, все полы холодные. Возможно это особенность первого этажа.
