Уютная и просторная студия в новом доме и в шаговой доступности к центру.
В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Телевидение, wi-fi, посуда, посьельные принадлежности. Фен, утюг.
Рядом с домом есть много магазинов, центральный рынок. Автовокзал напротив дома, что очень удобно для путешествующих общественным транспортом. До исторического центра 10 минут неспешного шага по улице Кирова или Карла Маркса
Дом находится в весьма проходном месте, но несмотря на это сама квартира как тихая гавань, где вам будет очень легко и приятно отдыхать после долгих прогулок.
Заселение бесконтактное, но я всегда на связи.
