Сдам двухкомнатную квартиру на сутки по ул. Пролетарская. Тихий двор с местами на парковке, от автовокзала и жд вокзала 10 минут ходьбы. Рядом магазин и кафе. Квартира с новым ремонтом. Три спальных места, вся бытовая техника. Иностранцам, студентам и лицам моложе 18 лет просьба не беспокоить. Соблюдение режима покоя с 23.00 до 7.00, курение на улице, без животных. Квартира не для шумных компаний, а для комфортного ночлега. Заезд с 14.00, выезд 12.00( иное время оговаривается лично). Квартира сдаётся по договору.
