Advantages:

Квартира находится в самом центре исторической части города. Основные парки и достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности. Так же отмечаем большое количество кафе и магазинов, находящихся по близости к дому. Внутри самой квартиры большое пространство, удобные кровать и раскладной диван. Удобный и чистый санузел. Рекомендуем к заселению: )

Disadvantages:

В квартире было достаточно прохладно (середина апреля), большую часть проховодиди под одеялами, батареи не помогли. Замечание к рулонным шторам - не все корректно работали. Но общее впечатление положительное.
